Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead high-impact foresight initiatives across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and adoption
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps (ideally post-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or metaverse economics
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., SWOT, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within enterprise environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
