- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 5-year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals (academic research, patent filings, startup ecosystems)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futures focus
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
