Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints integrating generative AI and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis methodologies
- Track record of developing commercializable innovation frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
