Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen innovations and accelerate time-to-market
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
