Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision into development lifecycles
- Present trend analysis and innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Manage horizon scanning across global markets and academic research
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Experience translating complex futures into product roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published research in futures technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
