- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on long-term competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic acquisition opportunities
- Design resilience frameworks for climate, regulatory, and ethical future challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
