Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation horizons
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current roadmaps
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our 2026 vision
- Build scenario models for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruptions
- Advise leadership on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 4IR or societal transformation
- Experience building ethical AI/governance frameworks
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
