Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly insight reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Lead the creation of the annual '2026 Innovation Index' benchmarking future-readiness across industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite executives
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., MIT Technology Review, Future Human)
