Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen product concepts
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and strategic pivots
- Build scenario-planning frameworks for volatile market conditions
- Lead a team of 3 junior futurists and collaborate with global think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on long-term strategy
