Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on emerging risks and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Represent company vision at global forums, conferences, and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong network within tech, biotech, or sustainability thought leadership circles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Published work in emerging technology or futurism domains
