Job Description
Are you ready to engineer the intelligence of tomorrow? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the next generation of autonomous AI agents. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems, deploying cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) that redefine human-machine interaction.
Join a team of elite researchers and engineers pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the AI landscape. You will architect robust pipelines, optimize inference speeds, and ensure our AI solutions are ethical, scalable, and impactful. If you are passionate about the future of AI and want to build systems that truly understand context and nuance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance factual accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and complex task execution.
- Implement production-grade MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD for seamless deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model safety, bias mitigation, and high-performance inference.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-centric features.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and tokenization strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and embedding models.
- Strong grasp of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
