Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models. You will work closely with product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core platforms, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement novel neural network architectures and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific industry applications.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed efficiently and updated seamlessly.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experiment with emerging techniques (e.g., diffusion models, reinforcement learning from human feedback), and publish findings.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Generative AI or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and optimize models for production environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
