Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for clients with complex medical needs (post-surgical, chronic conditions, mobility assistance)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate special dietary requirements
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care documentation using electronic health records

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional home health aide experience
- Current North Carolina HHA certification
