Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate special diets
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain detailed care documentation
- Report changes in client health to RN supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current Kentucky state HHA certification
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass thorough background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
