Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-volume real-time data streams.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate advanced AI models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research on cutting-edge algorithms to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data science, code quality, and model deployment.
- Optimize existing codebases and infrastructure to reduce latency and improve system performance by 30% or more.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in deep learning and AI to continuously innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready ML models and end-to-end data pipelines.
