- Resolve billing denials and appeals with 95% first-pass rate
- Conduct patient account reconciliation and collections follow-up
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Train junior billers on billing software and best practices
- Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in multi-specialty practice
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Advanced knowledge of Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and billing analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
