- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve claim denials and complex billing discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits of patient accounts and coding
- Collaborate with physicians and insurance payers
- Maintain compliance with CMS and HIPAA regulations
- Train junior billing staff on best practices
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certification (CPC, COC, or CCS-P)
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
