Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for complex insurance claims
- Analyze claim denials and implement corrective actions to improve first-pass rates
- Coordinate with physicians and insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific regulations
- Utilize Epic EMR systems for precise charge entry and coding
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports for leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficient in Epic EMR and Clearinghouse platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
