Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies
- Operate automated dispensing systems and pharmacy software
- Provide exceptional patient consultation on medication usage
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence
- Train junior pharmacy technicians on protocols

Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years hospital or retail pharmacy experience
- CPhT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., Omnicell, QS/1)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
