Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense medications using automated equipment and digital prescription systems
- Manage inventory control with provided inventory management software
- Operate compounding equipment for sterile and non-sterile preparations
- Provide exceptional patient counseling using our digital health platforms
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations using provided documentation systems
- Train junior technicians on equipment usage and workflows
- Collaborate with pharmacists using integrated pharmacy management systems
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years experience with automated dispensing systems
- Proficiency in digital prescription management software
- Compounding certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail with equipment operation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
