Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment according to established nursing protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all clinical activities in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene promptly to address any changes in condition.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (CA required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty setting (ICU, Med-Surg, or ER preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Ability to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments and schedules.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the Anaheim area.
