Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement complex quantum algorithms tailored for aerospace navigation and AI optimization for the 2026 roadmap.
- Hardware Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with existing classical computing infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers in exploring novel quantum error correction and qubit stability techniques.
- System Optimization: Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize latency in real-time applications.
- Prototyping: Build and test proof-of-concept quantum systems that align with the company's 2026 strategic milestones.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or similar.
- System Design: Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, abstract mathematical problems.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
