Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business growth objectives.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation architectures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on future trends, presenting insights to the board and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation labs and hackathons focused on 2026 vision projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and their business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
