Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement remediation strategies to improve site speed, crawlability, and overall site architecture.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with user intent, search algorithms, and topical authority.
- Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, content creators, and product managers to optimize site architecture and core web vitals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using advanced analytics tools; produce monthly performance reports.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Link Building: Lead outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks and build a robust domain authority profile.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and SEO auditing tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Development Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic site optimization tasks and troubleshooting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
