Responsibilities

- Lead Technical Strategy: Define engineering best practices, code review standards, and architectural guidelines for the organization.
- Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in legacy systems, ensuring optimal speed and efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Java, or Go) and frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring).
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
