Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core technical infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the migration strategy to cloud-native environments with a focus on AI integration.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across all engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-stakes projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high delivery velocity and quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced ML) and evaluate their applicability to the business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
