Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patients in emergency settings using ESI protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide critical care education to patients and families
- Lead triage team during high-volume periods
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida
- 5+ years emergency/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
