Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Engineering: Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Protocol Development: Contribute to the architecture and implementation of our Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Gas Optimization: Implement advanced techniques to reduce transaction costs and improve network efficiency.
- Security Audits: Lead internal and external security reviews to ensure the integrity of our protocol.
- Integration: Bridge Web3 protocols with traditional backend systems and frontend interfaces.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Solidity (Ethereum), Rust (Solana/Polkadot), or TypeScript.
- Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry.
- Security: Deep understanding of blockchain security principles and common vulnerability patterns (re-entrancy, overflow, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Tools: Strong familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
