Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient behavior, and physical conditions
- Assist with medical procedures under nursing supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support infection control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or acute care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
