Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients in home settings
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Coordinate care plans with healthcare team members
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
- Transport patients to medical appointments as needed
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home healthcare or clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred for El Paso community
