Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Maintain accurate care records and update care plans
Qualifications
- Missouri HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license and insured vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
