Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, process, and fill prescription orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Verify patient information and prescription details to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and retrieving pharmaceutical products.
- Prepare and package medications, including compounding where necessary.
- Assist customers with medication questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
- Current and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
