Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care across ICU/ER/Telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Implement patient education programs
- Respond to rapid response situations
- Mentor new nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license (compact state candidates welcome)
- BSN or higher preferred
- 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment skills
