Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor and document patient conditions using Epic EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond to emergencies and perform critical interventions
- Mentor junior staff and uphold quality assurance standards
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 7a-7p)
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or higher preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS/NRP a plus)
- 2+ years acute care or ICU experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
