Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using EHR protocols
- Provide telehealth consultations for acute care patients
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care pathways
- Document clinical encounters with 100% accuracy in Epic systems
- Train incoming staff on triage protocols and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient flow
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years triage or ER experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotations available)
