Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with innovation ecosystem stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling narratives
- Monitor and evaluate future-readiness KPIs across organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
