- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with predictive insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Advortise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Build proprietary trend-tracking methodologies using NLP and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative trend analysis tools (e.g., Polaris, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology projections (quantum computing, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
