- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services

- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry shifts
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Mentor innovation champions across engineering, design, and business units
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching products generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global markets
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation preferred
