Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with provided specialized equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures with supplied instrumentation
- Maintain sterile environments using provided sterilization systems
- Operate provided surgical robots and imaging equipment
- Manage inventory of supplied surgical supplies
- Train on new provided technologies quarterly
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Minimum 2 years OR experience with equipment handling
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with provided surgical robotics preferred
- Ability to adapt to new equipment systems
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing protocols
