Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with provided advanced surgical equipment and sterile instruments
- Assist surgeons during procedures using provided specialized tools and technology
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment per hospital protocols
- Coordinate with team to ensure seamless equipment readiness and functionality
- Document equipment usage and inventory for provided surgical systems
- Participate in training on new provided surgical technologies
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years recent surgical tech experience in OR setting
- Proficient with provided surgical equipment (laparoscopic, robotic, etc.)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to quickly adapt to new provided technologies
- Strong attention to detail in equipment handling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
