Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during operations
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Handle surgical specimens and equipment sterilization
- Assist with patient positioning and draping
- Document surgical cases and inventory management
- Participate in emergency surgical procedures as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (or obtain during training)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Basic computer literacy for documentation
