Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for complex surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile environments and enforce infection control protocols
- Manage inventory of surgical instruments and equipment remotely
- Document procedures electronically via our secure telehealth portal
- Coordinate with team members through virtual pre-op planning sessions
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience in OR setting
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to travel to Glendale facility 3-4 days weekly
- Strong organizational skills for remote inventory management
- BLS/CPR certification
