Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile environments and enforce infection control protocols
- Document procedures using our HIPAA-compliant remote portal
- Inventory and sterilize surgical equipment
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 2+ years of surgical tech experience
- Proficiency in remote documentation systems
- BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of sterile processing protocols
