Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including endodontics and implant placements
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging using advanced CBCT systems
- Sterilization protocol compliance and OSHA regulation adherence
- Patient education on oral hygiene procedures and treatment plans
- Dental inventory management and supply ordering optimization
- Coordination of multi-specialty treatment schedules
Qualifications
- Active RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) or RDAEF license in California
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification and radiography safety training
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft practice management software
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
