Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing equipment and arranging sterile fields
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Handle surgical specimens and maintain sterile environments
- Document procedures and maintain equipment inventory remotely
- Collaborate with sterile processing teams via digital platforms
- Participate in virtual case reviews and continuing education
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years recent OR experience
- Proficiency in sterile processing protocols
- Ability to complete remote documentation and prep work
- Basic knowledge of surgical robotics preferred
- Ohio state license or eligible
- Strong communication skills for hybrid team collaboration
