Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments per strict protocols
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Monitor sterile fields and maintain aseptic techniques
- Document equipment usage and inventory levels accurately
- Collaborate with anesthesia and nursing teams for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 2+ years of recent surgical tech experience preferred
- Completion of accredited surgical technology program
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
