Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields with provided equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures using supplied specialized instrumentation
- Operate provided video monitoring and robotic surgical systems
- Manage sterilization and processing of supplied surgical tools
- Document equipment usage and inventory in provided tracking systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize provided equipment utilization
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience with provided equipment
- Proficiency in supplied video-assisted surgical systems
- Knowledge of sterile processing with provided instrumentation
- BLS certification maintained
- Ability to quickly adapt to new provided technologies
