Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient repositioning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patients with daily living activities in a respectful manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid Texas driver's license (if transporting patients)
