Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations in our secure EHR system
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and medication administration
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans
- Complete remote documentation and administrative tasks from home
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions
- Support patient education and family communication initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Proficient with telehealth and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for occasional travel)
- Pass background check and drug screening
