Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Deliver remote telehealth consultations for follow-up appointments and triage
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nursing staff and clinical rotation students
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license (or compact license with quick PA endorsement)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Experience with Epic EMR and telehealth platforms
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
